Weight Loss Success

My first serious attempt at weight loss was successful

and I was so excited about losing dress sizes in a very

short time. I carried a calorie counter with me until I

had it memorized. Knowledge IS Power. Previously,

I really had no idea about calorie choices. Here is a free

If you are serious about getting healthy and losing weight,

pay attention to how many calories you are consuming.

Keep a little journal of every thing you eat. Write down

the calories. Add them up at the end of the day. This

is what kept me 'honest' and I knew if I had calories left

to 'spend' or if I had reached my calorie goal for the day.

Don't forget to move!

Find something you like to do that takes some energy....make it FUN.
