Lose Five Pounds...

So, California researchers have discovered an easy, fr e e way for you to
lose extra pounds. Guess what it is?

Drink three more glasses of water a day!

Too hard, you say? Then make it easy on yourself, something you don't have to think about. Drink a glass of water when you wake up, while the coffee's brewing. Drink water with lunch. Drink water with dinner. There's your three!

I have water at my bedside each night and sip it while I do my bedtime reading or wake up during the night. I usually end up drinking the whole thing. There's another glass down the hatch!

The news gets even better: replace two sugary beverages a day with water, and the average weight loss was an extra FIVE pounds in a year. That's average. It could be even more!

What are sugary drinks? Soda, juice, stuff like Crystal Light.

Not only do you lose weight, but anything with real or artificial sweetener isn't good for you, anyway The real sugar causes you to gain weight and the artificial sweetener puts chemicals in your body that cause terrible side effects, and make your pancreas think you're taking in "sweets" anyway.
If you don't think you have the discipline to eat right or exercise, at least start to help yourself by doing something this easy. Five pounds is five pounds!
