I have water at my bedside each night and sip it while I do my bedtime reading or wake up during the night. I usually end up drinking the whole thing. There's another glass down the hatch!

Easy Way To Lose Weight

Everybody thinks that the reason that people get fat is because
they over-eat and don't exercise.

While this may have been true several decades ago, it's something
else entirely today.

century - but people are getting FATTER and FATTER! (And despite

Why???

As a doctor, this made her very curious -- as well as disturbed.

How Sleep Helps You Lose Weight

My first serious attempt at weight loss was successful

and I was so excited about losing dress sizes in a very
